Unique Self-cleaning Capability
If clogging is identified, FluidCom™ will automatically increase the flow rate opening the outlet valve fully to allow for debris/deposits to be flushed over the valve seat.
The Self-cleaning performance of FluidCom™ resolves the most common problem of plugging in a conventional valve which leads to periodic mechanical maintenance.
Fluidcom™ valve feature 2 modes
of operation, Auto and Manual.
Manual mode is the most rugged mode of operation as valve runs only by a fix power setting given by operator at local unit display or by remotely setting 0-100% ≈ (0-100W).
Manual mode is the only self-balanced flow control i.e cooling against a fix heater setting. This mode is the only mode that allows flow controlling below 0.6 or 0.3 l/h to 0.1 l/h.
Manual mode can also be tested/calibrated to determine correct power settings to desired flow rates.
Auto mode enables measuring flow rates and tune in to preset and calibrated flow rates, this by controlling the power to the heater based upon conditions received by inbuilt temperature sensors.
Auto mode is the only mode to allows 8 off calibrated fluids pre saved to internal valve memory.
